At Cassarin Lee Inc., we are committed to delivering exceptional professional services and maintaining transparent business practices. Because many of our services involve time, labor, planning, and customized work, this Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be available.
By purchasing services from Cassarin Lee Inc., you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Professional Service Fees
Most services provided by Cassarin Lee Inc. are customized specifically for each client. Once work has begun, fees become non-refundable except as expressly stated in this policy.
Services include, but are not limited to:
- Business Consulting
- Business Operations Management
- Payroll Administration
- Human Resources Services
- Hiring & Onboarding Support
- Bookkeeping Services
- Compliance Services
- Documentation Management
- Website Design & Development
- Website Maintenance
- Administrative Services
- Custom Business Solutions
2. Deposits
Any required deposit reserves project time and resources.
Unless otherwise stated in your service agreement:
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Deposits may only be applied toward the originally contracted project.
- Deposits cannot be transferred to another client or project without written approval from Cassarin Lee Inc.
3. Cancellation Before Work Begins
If a client cancels before any work has started:
- Any non-refundable deposit will be retained.
- Any remaining prepaid balance may be refunded within 10 business days, less any applicable processing fees or administrative costs.
4. Cancellation After Work Begins
Once work has started, refunds are generally not available.
Clients remain responsible for payment of:
- Time already worked
- Services already performed
- Research completed
- Documents created
- Meetings conducted
- Software or third-party costs incurred on the client’s behalf
If payment exceeds the value of work completed, Cassarin Lee Inc. may issue a partial refund at its sole discretion.
5. Website Design & Development
Because website projects are custom-built specifically for each client:
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Design work, development work, revisions, and completed milestones are non-refundable.
- Once a website has been delivered or launched, no refunds will be issued.
If a project is canceled after work has begun, the client remains responsible for payment of all completed work.
6. Monthly Services
For recurring monthly services, including but not limited to payroll administration, bookkeeping, compliance management, business operations management, or website maintenance:
- Clients may cancel future services by providing at least 30 days’ written notice.
- Services already rendered are non-refundable.
- No prorated refunds will be issued for partially completed billing periods unless otherwise required by law.
7. Third-Party Fees
Cassarin Lee Inc. cannot refund fees paid to third parties, including but not limited to:
- Payment processor fees
- Domain registrations
- Web hosting
- Software subscriptions
- Licensing fees
- Courier or shipping expenses
These charges are governed by each third party’s own refund policies.
8. Client Delays
Projects delayed due to a client’s failure to provide required information, approvals, documentation, or responses do not qualify for refunds.
Cassarin Lee Inc. reserves the right to place inactive projects on hold until the required information is received.
9. Satisfaction Commitment
If you are dissatisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us immediately.
Before considering a refund request, we will make reasonable efforts to:
- Understand your concerns
- Correct any errors
- Complete missing work
- Provide clarification
- Resolve the issue whenever reasonably possible
10. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for processing, although actual posting times depend on your financial institution.
11. Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact Cassarin Lee Inc. before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
If a chargeback is filed for services that were properly rendered, Cassarin Lee Inc. reserves the right to provide supporting documentation to the payment processor, including:
- Signed agreements
- Approved proposals
- Communications
- Project files
- Time records
- Deliverables
- Invoices
12. Policy Changes
Cassarin Lee Inc. reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any updates will become effective upon publication on our website unless otherwise stated.
